The one with the curvy extension - Lewisham SE13
We added a double-height curved extension to the side of an end-of-terrace Victorian house, replacing a tumbledown garage. The new ground floor layout allows for a smooth transition from the classic double reception rooms of the original house, through a bright dining area, home office space, new downstairs cloakroom and utility, whilst also providing storage for bikes and coats that is always a struggle in narrow Victorian homes. Upstairs the extension allowed for a huge en suite bathroom and a new spare room with a vaulted ceiling. Within the kitchen our client was keen to up-cycle vintage furniture using bold colours and new handles.
